Fitness X is established on September 2015, first fitness centre is located in Viva Home Shopping Mall. We are a functional fitness training centre that provide you the solutions to achieve your fitness goal. Our mission is to assist you to get a healthier lifestyle by providing you our expert personal trainers and the full range of gym equipment. Besides the proper equipment and expertise, we do cater you the group classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, FX Pump, FX Blast and Circuit Training. Day Used Locker, Shower Facilities and Sauna is provided our fitness centre.
Group X Class Decription
ZUMBA
Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.Squats and lunges are also included. Zumba Fitness, the owner of the Zumba program, does not charge licensing fees to gyms or fitness centers.
BLAST FX
